So I have been away from this for a little while. Life has gotten in the way. I have been working 16-20 hour days a few days a week trying to get life sorted out.
Plus side I have maintained my small weightloss of 8 pounds. I know it isn’t a big accomplishment but I am happy with all the stress I have had I didn’t gain weight. :)
I am starting back trying to workout. Walking with my dog in the mornings and trying the thing of 10 push ups 10 sit ups and 30 minutes of walking and increasing everything with time. Hoping it works.

I was wanting to know what everyones opinion on work dvds were. If you have had a good experience and if so what was it. Since its getting cold out I will not be running outside because of low immune system. So any opinions would be great. I really want to lose weight but being in a house I will need something to push through. I can’t afford a gym or I would just go run there.
So please help me.

So this weekend I have not weighed myself once. I am starting to get frustrated about this weight bull shit. I have been eating right and exercising regularly and I either gain weight or stay the same. I really would love to lose this weight but I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I love that I worked hard outside playing with my dog and loading and unloading wood for this winter but it just worries me I do all of this and nothing happens.
If anyone has tips let me know please. Thanks

I am now at my lowest weight so far on this weight loss journey. 190.4. I can’t wait till I get out of the 190’s. So I am happy. Ready to lose this weight. :D
I really thought that posting on here and having about 50 followers I might get one answer to a question. I am trying to make myself better and when I research I haven’t found out what I need.

The past two days I have went running. Yesterday I was not smart and didn’t drink at least 8 glasses of water and I could tell when I ran. It was super hot when I ran but I know my mouth was dry because of it. I have started to love running but I get distracted on the distance even listening to music. What music do you listen to when you run?
I plan on running tonight too but I will not make the mistake of running when the sun is fully up like I did yesterday. I haven’t lost any weight but I am hoping since my legs were burning like hell that I am losing weight but gaining some muscle? I hope.
What is the way you don’t focus on the distance you are running? I am slightly out in the country so no blocks to run and no way to get back to my house without taken the same road back because I live on a dead end road.

Yesterday I ran a little over a mile with my dog like I had said. Well my legs feel it today, in my shins. Is that normal? I know it felt great and I will run again today. I am thinking I will do it every day. Get up early and go for a run I am hoping.
I would love to know more about running. I am researching but it seems a little overwhelming. If you know of a blog to help beginners like me I would be most appreciative to who ever can find it and let me know.
