So I have been sick for now two weeks. I really don’t like being sick for the fact I feel like I have to sleep forever. I feel like I need to sleep at least 16 hours a day. When I sleep that much I feel so much better but I get nothing done. I need to workout…. which I need something I can do at home. I tried insanity but with being sick and all the other reasons that I do not need to complain about I didn’t go past two weeks.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I could do at home that isn’t as intense? I would be greatly appreciative.
