I haven’t updated this in a while because my life has been crazy.
My grandfather had a heart attach in December and about gave me a heart attack. Helped with his recovery for about 2 months. Then have been working 60 hours a week as a nanny.
I got a great opportunity working for a wonderful company. Now I am getting paid to walk at a fast pace for 10 hours a day four days a week. The best way to work out is by getting paid to do so. LOL :D
Beginning of June I weighted in at 194. (The only way I know this is because I got the “Lose It” app and recorded it.)
As of October 13 I am happy to say I am 171. :D
That is a 23 pound loss with just working so I am going to be happy when I can start working out along with going to work. I will be ready to lose this person that has attached itself to me. I am ready to be me again.
I was wondering how many people have gotten married and think it may have been to the wrong person? I got married quickly after meeting my husband and now we hardly talk unless it is about car audio which he loves. Is something wrong with me or does everyone go through this?
So I don’t really have friends here because I moved to marry my hubby and have only had independent jobs security and nanny, this is a problem when you need a workout buddy. How can I find one? Even someone who will help with accountability?
I am determined to start back with insanity. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a downloadable version of the way to eat book??
The one problem will be finding a space in which I can workout. The room I did it in before was cut off from people which I loved but the floor has becoming a little loose so it bounces when you jump and I do not want things falling off the wall.
Again I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that keeps you accountable for working about because I need that?? My husband loves me the way I am and probably won’t make me do it. I need this to feel better about myself.
I want to know everyone’s opinions on shakeology. I know beach body coaches will say it’s great but I want some else’s opinion on it. I have one girls opinion but I want more. Plus does anyone know of a free Site to help keep accountability on working out?
I was wondering anyone and everyone’s experience with it. I am considering getting it but it is a large investment for me because that would be more than a 1/3 of my pay.
How does it make you feel? How does it taste? Does it truly help with weight loss?

Well this weekend my husband sayd he is going to quit smoking and that I need to keep him busy and help distract him. Omg this is big and I am so happy he is trying because that means he will be with me longer.
Anyone have suggestions?

Since its getting cold out I will not be running outside because of low immune system. So any opinions would be great. So I have been kinda absent on this a while so I figured I better get back on. I havent really had progress but I havent gaines weight.
My husband and I are going to start biking again. We did a lot last summer but we have been really busy this summer.
I was wondering if anyones knows of a good app for biking and or any tips?
