Feel like a failure

Hate being fat. I cant stick to any weightloss plans. I feel like a failure. Idk what to do. Im so depressed. My friends invite me to workout fun things, but i just dont wanna get out of bed and go. Everything in life is decent so i should be happy but i aint, Im miserable unhappy, and depressed. =\
I wish I had someone to talk to. Idk what’s wrong with me or what to do..

Im back
I haven’t written in quite a few days. I have been working really hard on portion control and eating right. I have myfitnesspal app ans it really seems to help. I got my husband using it because over the fall winter and spring he gained 20 pounds. Which is kinda scary. We had gotten really nice bikes and we were doing great till it got cold out. We rode one day 38 miles I believe. It was hard but nice. He rode his bike 14 miles the other day and he was jello but he realized he needed to lose the weight. So now maybe he is on board with me and losinf weight because he sure wasn’t before. I know this will help me at least having his support. I didnt gain any more weight over the winter so I have less to go then him but he will lose it a lot quicker.
So with that app I have now lost close to 6 pounds. :) happy dance
But I hope to either start jogging in the morning or if I can work myself up ride my bike to work. (about 7 miles both ways) last summer I did ride that far easily but I am still very uneasy with the traffic driving past me….. But anyone has any comments ot suggestions on which I should do or something different let me know?

Had a great weekend. Did horrible on calories saturday plus drank a little alcohol. Friday I babysat as normal but after I cleaned a house for extra money and was sweating like no other. I went full tilt on cleaning for 3 hours and cleaned hardwood floors by hand. The house looked great afterwards but I felt great from sweating. Sunday drove around in our miata with top down for a few hours and has a nice tan going. :) other than saturday calories I did great. Was wondering if anyone has suggestion on a workout I could do early morning that wake everyone in the house? Would love to be able to do some in the morning but really don’t want to wake everyone. How was to your weekend?
Saturday was my sister in laws senior prom and I did her hair and makeup. This is a feat in its self because she has CP and sometimes it is hard to get makeup done.
But she looked beautiful like always and all went great. I even ate out with the family and somehow I was still under the goal calories for the day of 1200…. that was so um fun. Ran around like a chicken with our heads cut off trying to get everything done.

Don't be upset by what the number on the scale says :). There are things that affect how much you weigh, such as drinking a lot of water. Keep working hard, I promise you'll get the results you want :).

Depressed
I know it happens but this is depressing me. I weighed yesterday and I was happy had dropped 4.4 pounds…. Today I weighed and went up almost a pound. Ugh I exercised and everything and even drank more water. Ugh that brought my mood down today…. Just gonna keep doing what I am doing and hope it pays off….
